Why has my card been downgraded?

A new issue has been identified in Pocket Mine that caused some users to lose booster cards when using the Factory's Erase Card function. A fix will be available soon. 

In the meantime if this has happened to you, please contact us stating the cards that were downgraded/lost. You'll also need to provide us with the ID that you'll find on the bottom right corner of Pocket Mine's options menu.
